Come join our summer run in Central Park! We'll be starting @ Maine Monument (near Columbus Circle) and walk North to Central Park to begin our run. Course: See the linked Central Park Running Map. We'll be completing the "5.14-Mile Lower Loop" Brian will lead the run and maintain a 10:00 min/mile pace! Please familiarize yourself with the route and we'll see you at the end! We welcome all levels of experience whether it’s your first time or you’re a seasoned runner! 10:15 - Meet @ Maine Monument for stretching / chatting 10:30 - Run begins!
