Experience a unique sound journey designed to guide you into profound meditation, relaxation, and rejuvenation supported by grounding therapeutic touch and the heart-opening ritual of ceremonial cacao. Here’s what to expect: * 7:00 PM: Doors open * 7:15 PM: Opening circle with gentle somatic movement and cacao ritual * 7:30 PM - 8:30 PM: Immersive sound journey with optional therapeutic massage * 8:30 PM onwards: Short sharing circle and gentle re-entry Meet Your Facilitators Karro Moss, intuitive musician and sound healing practitioner, facilitates transformative sound journeys for body and spirit by weaving together ancient shamanic and folk instruments with healing intention. Elements include Native style and overtone flutes, mouthharps from Siberia and Asia, and Eurasian strings. Their unique approach creates an atmosphere of deep resonance and inner peace. Jordan Sun is a licensed massage therapist and expressive arts therapy student with 15 years of experience. During the sound journey, Jordan will be offering optional, gentle therapeutic massage to further support your relaxation and integration.
