The In-Between Club is a psychologist-facilitated journaling and reflection circle for anyone moving through a life transition, layoff, job search, creative pivot or general “what now?” season.
This is the second event in a drop-in series of guided gatherings led by licensed clinical psychologist Dr. Joanne Raptis and co-hosted by The Upper West Insider, a local community organizer and writer. We'll be taking a moment to pause, reflect on the past few months, and set gentle intentions for the ones ahead ~
Each session will include thoughtful prompts, optional sharing, and gentle next-step reflections and action steps to take with you afterward. This is not a networking event, lecture, or casual meetup. It is a supportive space to process change, feel less alone, and make meaning in the messy middle, expertly designed and facilitated.
Ticket includes a one-hour, psychologist-facilitated journaling circle, original prompts, a take-home reflection guide and a supportive, professionally cultivated community space.
Bring a notebook, a pen and whatever version of yourself is showing up that day.
No journaling experience needed. Sharing is optional.
Pricing: Early bird tickets are $40. Regular tickets are $45.
Privacy note: To help keep this a safe and respectful space, please do not take photos of other guests without their permission or share anything personal that someone discusses in the circle. By RSVPing, you agree to respect everyone’s privacy.
This is a psychoeducational and personal development experience. It is not psychotherapy or mental health treatment, and participation does not establish a psychologist–client relationship.
