$40 venmo: @mariminal. cash app: $marialai11 In tech, we are trained to optimize: move faster, gather more data, and find the right answer. But what happens when the challenge isn’t a lack of information—when the real question is what you want, what you trust, and what is worth building next? First piloted during NY Tech Week, the Alignment Practice is an interactive, small-group experience for founders, builders, operators, and professionals navigating uncertainty, transition, or meaningful change. Together, we’ll step outside the noise and explore the human capacities that become increasingly valuable in an AI-accelerated world: discernment, self-trust, embodied intelligence, perspective, and the ability to remain grounded without having everything figured out. This is not a lecture. Expect guided prompts, individual reflection, paired exercises, honest conversation, and a little experimentation. We’ll explore: • What you are really moving toward—and the values beneath your goals • The uncertainty or tension you are currently carrying • What fear may be trying to protect • The internal signals informing your decisions • The strengths and capacities your life has already proven you possess • One meaningful next step you are ready to choose You do not need to arrive with clarity. You do not need to have everything figured out. Come with a real question, an open mind, and a willingness to be witnessed by other thoughtful people. The goal is not certainty. The goal is self-trust. This event is a part of #LATechWeek—a week of events hosted by VCs and startups to bring together the tech ecosystem. Learn more at www.tech-week.com
