Tech Week can be chaotic. Running between panels, pitching, networking, and feeling overstimulated. The Oasis is a daily retreat: a place to belong, breathe, and actually co-create. We're building a persistent home base across the week where builders, founders, and creatives show up every day to flow together, have real conversations around meaningful topics, and leave refreshed and inspired. The series blends daily 'co-flow' drop-in sessions with curated collaborative programming: roundtable discussions, fireside chats, and mentor office hours. Each day seeds Flowstate Sparks, structured artifacts that keep the conversation going long after the week ends. Day 3: Ikigai, Finding Purpose and Meaning Today we slow down and turn inward. Using the Japanese concept of ikigai, the intersection of what you love, what you're good at, what the world needs, and what you can be paid for, we'll explore the questions that often get drowned out in the noise of building. Expect honest conversation, guided reflection, and the kind of company that helps you hear your own thinking more clearly. Whether you're between chapters, deep in one, or just sensing it's time to recalibrate, this is a space to sit with the bigger why. Think airport lounge meets coworking: a high-design, high-service environment purpose-built for the in-between moments of life in motion.
