QUEER PANIC: that feeling when you spot someone across the room and completely lose your nerve. this party exists to fix that. (tldr: this is NOT a stoplight party). here's how it works - everyone gets a random colored wristband at the door. find someone else wearing the same wristband color, and that's who you say hi to! the color doesn't mean anything specific - it's assigned at random when you walk in. it's not "red for romantic" or "blue for platonic" or "yellow for creative” etc, there's no code to it, just whatever wristband you get at the door. could be a new friend, a great conversation for twenty minutes, someone you end up dancing with all night, or something else entirely. you don't know until you talk to them, and that's the point! everyone in the room already knows the deal, so there’s no wondering if it’s welcome - it’s a built-in reason to meet someone new in the community, no matter how big or small your circle already is! the only rules: low stakes, no expectations, and an open heart 🩷 on the decks: 9-10 - Hope 808 10-11 - Kristen London 11-12 - masha latte 12-1 - 1ol1v1a 1-2 - R-DNA P.S. this is a real party first - DJs, dancing, a bar. the bracelet is just there to make it easier to talk to someone new 🙂‍↕️ P.P.S. entry is $10, pay at the door! all the tix sales go directly to the artists ✨
