As the chaos of the world demands our attention, PULSE is a regular cleanse — the ritual of coming back into our own presence, our own breath and bodies. We gather inside the Peace Dome on Solstice morning: rooting and intention, the PULSE band dropping into live improvisation as a nervous system instrument, movement, and a closing ambient sound bath and integration.
