Hi everyone! I’m hosting my very first workshop at my new acupuncture office. There is a classroom-like studio there that I’m renting for a few hours. We will have chairs but you’re welcome to bring comfy floor seating if you like. My passion for NVC comes from the continuous near-daily use for several years. Before my NVC integration, I often experienced alexithymia “No Words for emotions” - a difficulty identifying, understanding, and describing one’s own emotions. It has expanded my consciousness of the world around me and quickened my self-advocacy to bring me into greater fulfillment and peace in my life. I’m so excited to bring this offering to my community, I hope to see you there! NON-VIOLENT COMMUNICATION (NVC) WORKSHOP This workshop is more geared towards those who have not yet implemented NVC into their daily lives. It can be an excellent refresher for anyone who is rusty on the skills as well. We will approach this from a holistic healing perspective, treating it as a technology for expanding consciousness. First part will be more lecture style, we will take a social snack break, then we will do group workshopping exercises on actual conversations and unmet needs! She has been studying and practicing Nonviolent Communication (NVC) for over five years, integrating its healing principles into her personal relationships and clinical coaching. She believes the quality of our dialogue, both inner and outer, shapes our reality.
