Collective Scream is a guided community experience that blends breath, movement, sound, and nervous system regulation into a powerful practice of release. Together, we’ll create a space where every emotion is welcome… whether you need to laugh, cry, roar, sigh, or simply witness. No performance. No pressure. Just permission to show up exactly as you are. Come release what you’ve been carrying and reconnect with yourself in the company of others. Bring a water bottle and something to sit on. Afterwards we all head to the nearby Delray Drum Circle. Navigate GPS to 350 N Ocean Blvd, Delray Beach
