Interesting things happen outside the local machine comfort zone, so let's meet and discuss what happens when AI dev-tools meet messy, mission-critical code at scale. This mixer + mini-panel is about turning AI speed into safe, team-level delivery. - AI Dev-Tools: how to search across huge repos, makes coding agents understands your project, and set up simple, repeatable LLM workflows and quality checks. - Code Migration at Scale: choosing a migration path, automating safe refactors, building pipelines, and automate the boring bits. We want a real conversation - what’s worked (and what hasn’t!) for cutting trust debt, using spec-first habits to make delivery predictable and reviews calm, and adding lightweight checks/guardrails that keep the “vibe” speed without the chaos. Bring your wins, scars, and questions. We’re explicitly looking to discuss the “beyond individual contributor” side: scalable code changes, design governance, quality gates, migration guardrails, and project context management. On top of that, we’ll cover LLM-aware practices at the org level. So if this is your scope of responsibility/interest, you’ll feel at home.
