LA's biggest Halloween party is free and open to all! Since 1987, this street festival has taken over WeHo's Rainbow District with a mile-long stretch of costumes, a live DJ stage at San Vicente, food trucks, and 100,000+ costumed revelers No alcohol, backpacks, weapons, or drones allowed, kids and pets are strongly discouraged. Parking will be limited so use rideshare or the free WeHo Halloween Ride shuttle (6pm–3am along Santa Monica Blvd)
