Walk with me through the Arboretum for Hoodoo Heritage Month 👁️ We’ll be connecting with nature, exploring herbs, and using the Hoodoo tarot deck. This event is free. I’ll have breakfast Tacos from La Tejana for the first 3 people ☀️ 🌳 Itinerary: •A walk through the herb garden •Tarot workshop •Forest bathing •Listening to a short video on a walk 👓 List of video topics (you’ll pick one): -The People Could Fly -Traditions -Christianity v Hoodoo -Zora Neale Hurston: Mules and Men 💡 What to bring: •A sheet (I’ll also have 2) •A snack •Water bottle •Sweater •Tarot deck (bring the Hoodoo deck if you have it!) This event is closed to POC. Hoodoo is a closed Southern African American practice with roots in Christianity and spiritual practices brought by people from the Bantu regions.
