“Building Soulful Connections, Inside & Out”
Led by Chloe Street (Certified Life Coach), “Building Soulful Connections, Inside & Out” is a workshop to help you build your “mental wealth” through deepening your connection to yourself and to others.
This experience is designed to be judgement-free and *for women-only.* Arrive as an individual but leave with a greater sense of awareness and belonging.
The goal is to inspire healthy attitudes, build self-awareness, and increase confidence through meditation, interactive exercises, and group discussions. All that’s required is an open mind, a willingness to try, and an aptitude to learn.
Day-of Logisitics: Bring yourself, a journal, a pen, and water.
Will be a bunch of women who don’t know each other well, so feel free to invite a +1 but please let us know :)
