🌲 Please join me for our monthly circle of sacred soul nourishment, community connection, guided meditation, and journaling to celebrate Earth Day and the month of April! 🍃 🌎 April 22nd is Earth Day! 🌎 A day to celebrate our beautiful planet, and a time to deeply honor the sacredness of Mother Earth herself. It's a reminder that we are not just connected with the earth, but that we are a part of her - that there is no separation between the two. And that without this beautiful planet, there would be no us. The elements of earth, 🌎 air, 🌬️ fire, 🔥 and water 🌊 mirror aspects of humanity. We all have each of these elements within us - and they are powerful energies that can assist in our own processes of healing, clearing, activating, transmuting, grounding, and more. This circle is an opportunity to share and send love and appreciation to Mother Earth while connecting with her sacred wisdom - a space to open our hearts and echo our truth with other heart-centered souls. So WATER you waiting for?! This will be a night where we can sh-AIR our light, unEARTH our gifts, and FIRE up a big celebration for Mother Gaia's bEARTHday! It'll be a TREEt, Be-LEAF me! 😊 This gathering is for you if you are: • Wanting a healing, joyful, and transformational experience • Looking for a safe place to be yourself • Interested in connecting with other heart-centered individuals • Ready to dive more into yourself and your soul's purpose This gathering will include: • Community connection, journaling, and the opportunity to share and discuss with others. • A guided meditation by Kaitlyn - to help assist in grounding, clearing, and activating your energy. I will also provide pens and extra journals/paper if needed. ⭐️ And one last important message!⭐️ I strongly encourage returning each month to our gatherings - as each circle assists in healing, nourishing, and activating different and specific aspects of ourselves. As humans, many of us want instant success. We want changes and transformations now, but during these gatherings we are not forcing the processes of reflection, activation, integration, and transmutation. We are tapping into the earth's frequencies and allowing our bodies, minds, and souls to flow and connect with the cycles and seasons of the earth…and we cannot rush the earth’s process.
