Hi everyone! I’m Cosmo Sanchez, it’s great to meet you if we haven’t already. Kelly Curtis and I are super excited to have you join us for a run or walk, we will have about three pace groups. So no pressure to feel like you have to run fast or walk slow in order to attend. I am leading the 1st pace group, Kelly is leading the second pace group and we will have someone lead our walkers, I’m sure you’re find a pace with either one or in between. We are doing a trail 5K. Afterwards, we will meet at a local café for brunch, stay tuned for details on which café we are meeting at. We look forward to exercising our bodies and encouraging each other.
