Kristen Fortino — VP, Metropolis Group | Kristen Fortino is the VP of Business Strategy at Metropolis Group, a specialized consulting firm that acts as a liaison between real estate developers, architects, and city agencies on permitting, zoning, and code compliance. She also serves as the Founding Head of Sales & Partnerships at Relm and is the Founder of OnePoint Real Estate Group, a woman-owned firm focused on multi-family investment and code consulting. Her work sits at the intersection of real estate operations, investment strategy, and technology adoption — giving her a uniquely cross-functional view of where the industry is heading. Maxime De Scheemaeker — CEO, Juunoo | Maxime De Scheemaeker is the Co-CEO of Juunoo's USA division, leading the company's North American expansion of its circular, demountable interior wall systems for commercial offices, schools, and healthcare spaces. Originally from Belgium, Maxime joined Juunoo in 2022 as VP of Sales to spearhead the company's US launch — building a local team from the ground up and reaching early sales targets before being elevated to Co-CEO. His background spans sales leadership and product expansion across multiple office and commercial real estate companies in Europe and the US. Lilian Chen — CEO & Founder, Proptimal | Lilian Chen is the Founder and CEO of Proptimal, a software platform that enables any real estate team to build institutional-quality financial models without a single Excel formula. Drawing on her background in both commercial real estate and the Silicon Valley tech ecosystem, she is on a mission to put frontier AI tools in the hands of everyday operators and investors. She also writes and speaks widely on proptech as the author of The Proptech Girl, with appearances across Bisnow, NAIOP, Thesis Driven, and numerous industry podcasts and keynotes.
