Some evenings are made for coming home —
to your breath, your voice, your body, and one another.
Join us for a special heart opening gathering: an evening of breathwork, vocal expression, and ecstatic chant, held in a sacred container where healing and song meet.
The evening begins with a 45-minute shamanic breath and sound journey guided by Chaya Hannah. Through a gentle two-part connected breath, you’ll be supported in softening what feels held, releasing what is ready to move, and opening the heart. Together, we’ll awaken the quiet wisdom of the body and reconnect with our intention, prayers, and highest selves.
From this tender, open place, we’ll enter the medicine of the voice — through vocal release and remembrance, using the breath as a bridge between mind, body, and spirit… letting breath become song, and song become prayer.
We then flow into an ecstatic chant circle with Nava Tehila — a devotional musical community rooted in Jerusalem. As part of their U.S. tour, they bring their signature sound — layered, alive, and deeply moving — into the room with us.
Through Hebrew chant and sacred melody, we’ll be invited into a living, breathing field of prayer.
Together:
Breath and voice.
Opening and song.
The personal and the communal.
The body and the divine.
