To get in, please call Jack at 646-472-6434. Some evenings are made for coming home — to your breath, your voice, your body, and one another. Join us for a special heart opening gathering: an evening of breathwork, vocal expression, and ecstatic chant, held in a sacred container where healing and song meet. The evening begins with a 45-minute shamanic breath and sound journey guided by Chaya Hannah. Through a gentle two-part connected breath, you’ll be supported in softening what feels held, releasing what is ready to move, and opening the heart. Together, we’ll awaken the quiet wisdom of the body and reconnect with our intention, prayers, and highest selves. From this tender, open place, we’ll enter the medicine of the voice — through vocal release and remembrance, using the breath as a bridge between mind, body, and spirit… letting breath become song, and song become prayer. We then flow into an ecstatic chant circle with Nava Tehila — a devotional musical community rooted in Jerusalem. As part of their U.S. tour, they bring their signature sound — layered, alive, and deeply moving — into the room with us. Through Hebrew chant and sacred melody, we’ll be invited into a living, breathing field of prayer. Together: Breath and voice. Opening and song. The personal and the communal. The body and the divine. 🌿 What to expect 7:00- Opening Circle 7:15- Shamanic breathwork & Sound with Chaya 8:00 -Chant Circle with Nava Tehila 9:45 - Gentle Sound & Integration 🕯 This evening is for you if: You’re longing for deeper connection — with yourself, others, and something greater. You want to explore your voice in a safe, expressive space You feel called to prayer, song, and embodied presence Please bring a water bottle, cozy clothing for sitting, laying, and movement. We will have yoga mats but please bring an eye mask if you’d like and any additional items for added comfort, ie. Blanket, pillow, or back jack if desired. For a deeper journey, we'd advise not eating anything too heavy within 1-2 hours of the ceremony. If you can't make it for breathwork, although we hope you can, we will open doors from 8:05 -8:10 PM for folks who can only make it for the chanting circle. It would be ideal to come for the full journey to honor the container if possible, but if you can only come at 8:00 - we'd love to have you with us as well!
