What’s up Vista / San Diego !! Join us for another powerful Trap Chi experience. Trap Chi is tai chi to trap music instrumentals. We fuse elements of traditional tai chi, yoga, affirmations, meditation and much more together to help you learn how to feel and cultivate your own chi. We are going from 3-8pm At The Dragons Nest. At this event you can expect live music, comedy, sound bowl healing, vendors, plant based food and great community vibes! Be sure to bring your yoga matt and reusable water bottle. There is street parking in abundance!
