From wearables + labs, DTC care delivery, and AI-native care platforms, consumers are increasingly building their own front door to healthcare.
Health systems are responding, but the behavior shift is already underway.
- How do health systems view the rise of consumer health, wearables, DTC labs, and AI guidance/doctors.
- How forward-thinking health systems are rebuilding patient access, management, and engagement
- What healthcare organizations can’t afford to get wrong with these shifts underway
