Connor & Louis wanted to bring our yoga brains together and co-teach a dreamy, 60-minute Vinyasa Third Eye Chakra Flow. 

Since there will be two teachers leading the flow, we will take turns demoing/cueing while the other is offering a lot of juicy hands-on assists to help support every kind of leaner in the room. 

Expect extra hands-on attention, new ways of approaching your intuition, & calmly flowing into your first headstand! 

Make sure to bring your own mat & props because we are renting out a small dance studio that doesn't have any yoga supplies.

Option to join us for some third eye journaling and observations at Nook, a 15 minute walk away, after the flow!

3 hours of ideating 
4 hours of admin work
