We are excited to host our first Small Group Leader Training in June! We’re doing this training to equip you to lead your small group with confidence, compassion, and wisdom. This time together will help us grow as leaders, stay connected, and make sure we’re serving our neighbors safely and with love. Here’s a bit of what we’ll dig into: Leading with love (and a solid plan) Understanding who we serve and why it matters Group safety – both physical and emotional Real-life situations and how to handle them as a leader A few things you might not expect, but will definitely help! Please make it a priority to be there – you matter (!!!) and we are so grateful for your willingness to serve with us as a leader!
