Lucien Smith is excited to present "HANDYMAN," a site-specific installation in his Chinatown NYC office/studio for one night only.
Within the space is a work titled “Untitled-Strand (Swine), 2024,” resembling a DNA strand made from store-bought materials such as plastic tubing, electrical tape, Q-tips, and pig’s blood.
“HANDYMAN” highlights the labor-intensive process of assembly, reflecting the ethos of the working class. It draws a connection to the artist’s role in society emphasizing themes of equality.
Don't miss this one night event! 🛠️🧰✊🏽🐖🧬🩸
