Join us for a cozy, hands-on supper club experience centered around the magic of sourdough.
Hosted by our favorite home baker, Liz, you’ll be working with her beloved, tried-and-true sourdough starter all the way from Fredericksburg, Virginia, affectionately named Freddy.
In this class, you’ll learn how to grow, maintain, and confidently bake with a sourdough starter. Perfect for beginners or anyone who’s struggled to keep theirs alive. Liz will walk you through simple techniques to help your starter thrive, plus share go-to recipes you can easily recreate at home.
We’ll also dive into infused honey. Each gal will create their own jar to take home, perfect for drizzling over all your future sourdough creations.
You’ll enjoy a tasting spread featuring sourdough bread, crackers, and granola all made from the same starter you’ll be bringing home with you.
Whether you’re brand new or looking to refine your skills, this is a fun, approachable way to finally feel confident working with sourdough and keeping it alive.
