As we move into fall and the holiday season, I really want to keep helping OC Cuties get out of the house, explore more of Orange County, and actually do all the cute seasonal things we always talk about doing π₯Ήπ§‘
A lot of the best fall/winter activities are going to start happening around us, so this would be less about creating a whole event from scratch and more about helping gather girls to go together.
Think:

π Fall festivals

π‘ County events
π Local shows or pop ups
π» Halloween Horror Nights / spooky outings

The goal is simple: make it easier for girls to say yes, show up, and experience fun things together instead of waiting around for someone else to invite them π«Ά
Iβm looking for a few dependable volunteer co-hosts who would be interested in helping coordinate recurring seasonal outings from September through December πβ¨
These would still be very chill and community based. Some outings may be more involved, like planning a hike or finding a cute fall activity, while others may be as simple as picking a date and time for everyone to go to an existing festival, market, pumpkin patch, or event together.
You do not need to create the activity yourself. You are not expected to be a full event planner. You would mostly be helping choose the outing, pick a date/time, communicate the basic details, and be the point person day of π
π WHAT IβM LOOKING FOR:
π Seasonal Outing Host
Someone who loves fall/winter activities and wants to help gather girls for pumpkin patches, markets, festivals, holiday events, and seasonal things happening around OC.
π₯Ύ Outdoor Adventure Host
Someone who wants to keep outdoor activities going into fall/winter with hikes, beach walks, marina walks, coffee walks, and nature based hangs.
π‘ Local Event Explorer
Someone who loves finding cute local events, pop ups, festivals, shows, fairs, themed nights, and fun things girls may not want to go to alone.
π» Spooky / Holiday Activity Host
Someone interested in coordinating group outings for things like Universal Halloween Horror Nights, Knotts Scary Farm, haunted houses, Christmas lights, holiday bars, winter markets, or themed seasonal experiences.
If youβre interested in doing a variety of things instead of just one category, thatβs totally okay too! We can absolutely talk through it together.
WHAT THIS WOULD LOOK LIKE:
β¨ Hosting or coordinating about once per month
β¨ Picking an existing outing, event, hike, or activity
β¨ Helping choose the date/time
β¨ Sharing important details with attendees
β¨ Being the point person day of
β¨ Communicating clearly if anything changes
β¨ Showing up reliably if you commit
The biggest thing I care about is still reliability, communication, and kindness π«Ά

π General support behind the scenes
This is meant to feel LOW pressure and collaborative. I donβt want anyone overwhelmed. The goal is simply to create more opportunities for girls to explore, connect, and enjoy the season together πβ¨

These can happen:
π Weekends
π Weekday evenings after work
β Morning weekday hangs if you have a flexible schedule
π Seasonal dates depending on when local events are happening
Very flexible overall π
A FEW IMPORTANT THINGS:
β¨ This is volunteer based
β¨ No event planning experience needed
β¨ You do not need to be loud/extroverted
β¨ You do not need to create a full event from scratch
β¨ You just need to communicate clearly and show up when you say you will
Most importantly, I really want these to feel safe, welcoming, easygoing, and fun π₯Ή
This is for girls who want to help make it easier for other girls to go do the fun seasonal things they may not want to do alone. Whether thatβs a pumpkin patch, a fall hike, a local festival, a holiday market, or a spooky night out, the heart of it is the same: showing up together ππ§‘
