🌞 In the days leading up to the sacred Pesach/Passover threshold, we’re invited to liberate ourselves from anything outdated that no longer serves our highest good and unbound freedom: Where do you feel constriction, and where do you feel spaciousness within you?
What does freedom mean in your body, in this moment?
🌸 As we move through this seasonal transition from a cozy cocoon of winter, into the blossoming cradle of spring, we have an opportunity to reveal that which is ready to emerge, and release what no longer serves, making space for renewal, and deeper connection.
💫 Join double the Chayas, for a powerful evening with a nourishing two-hour journey to cleanse, energize, and expand our hearts and prayers, harnessing the energy of this beautifully poignant time.
🤍 Together, we’ll move through a nourishing, embodied two-hour arc, beginning with intention setting, moving into a guided shamanic breathwork journey and a healing sound journey, and closing in vocal activation & heart-opening song for integration.
☕️ Tea and community connection to follow.
We look forward to seeing you soon!
