Raghu is a senior legal and business executive with over 15 years of experience in AI, emerging technologies, and global business development. Most recently, he served as Head of Commercial Legal at xAI, where he led multi-billion-dollar GPU procurement and strategic partnerships with hyperscalers to scale enterprise-grade AI deployments.
Before xAI, Raghu was a founding member of Zoom’s legal leadership team, guiding the company through its IPO and hypergrowth while advising on AI/ML, product integrations, and data security. He has also served as General Counsel to fintech and AI startups, structuring innovative partnerships and financial transactions, and earlier in his career practiced M&A and tax law at Deloitte and Ernst & Young.
