Folks👏 Join us for JWL's first ever movie night! u ever just trying to convince your friends that a movie is secretly trans? Everyone knows Mulan is trans, but what about Tarzan? Is The Matrix adequate trans representation? How did Barbra Streisand make the gayest trans-est movie possible in 1983? Discuss all these questions and more Mar 1! Movie choice TBD but a selection will be voted upon by whoever gets there on time👀 Fire pit and S'MORES🍫 🥢🔥🍢 Bring a blanket bc nighttime in LA and hot people/theatre allies bc we love new friends. Some snacks and sodas will be available, but otherwise this event is Potluck and BYOS/B if that's something ur into. Notes and updates from Hann: Street parking is pretty good in my experience (it's a single family unit area) but mind the signage and maybe carpool if u can so that we don't annoy the neighbors too too much lol We will have a movie playing in both indoor and outdoor areas on screens with closed captioning (CC), so u will have ✨options✨ Pls bring folding chair(s) if u are able!
