Based on popular demand, we’re having a second sunset power yoga in the park class! This power vinyasa flow is designed to get your heart pumping, sweat, and feel like you’re dancing on the mat. Expect a fast-paced flow, intermediate posture (with modifications and options for all skill levels), and balance and core strength challenges. Open to all levels! We will meet at the Astoria Park Pool Deck. (Entrance at 23 Terrace and 19 St.) Please arrive ~5 minutes early so class can start right at 6:30pm. Please RSVP for headcount. This is a community-based class, optional to pay what you wish via Venmo (@giselluna)
