From the historical and geographical heart of both the Americas, Europe, Africa, Asia and Oceania, we can now leverage the solutions that have already been in existence since the wild beginning of mankind. This conversation brings to discussion something bigger than the market, something that is not a challenge for tomorrow but an immediate urgency that starts here at the crossroads of tech and new models of transmission of threatened millenary intelligence, to scale longevity and dividends rather than disappearance.
Following presentations at Climate Week NYC and the Davos World Biodiversity Forum, and ahead of COP 30 in the Amazon, this session held by the Global Portal institute* in partnership with The Port Global** will explore these respective leverages, including:
— A global Nest-Work mapping strategic human-environment interactions to encode biodiversity and reinforce adaptive actions;
— The establishment of platforms across Diasporic communities for knowledge transfer, impact, and investment;
— The enabling of legacy practices and tools to properly value and scale critical resources.
This international event, taking place for the United Nations International Day of the Intangible Cultural Heritage, will be broadcast between the Americas and Asia from Los Angeles, São Paulo, and Athens (Greece).
