Founder Circle is a small, intimate group coaching experience hosted by Dar Patel, an executive coach, founder, and host of the Little Pursuits podcast. Designed for seed stage founders who are 6–18 months in and navigating the gap between where they are and where they thought they'd be by now. In 60 minutes you will: - Get clarity on the one thing that's been blocking you - Find your people: founders carrying the exact same weight you are - Walk away with something real, a shift in perspective, a commitment, or simply the relief of finally saying it out loud This is the room where you don't have to perform. Where someone finally says the thing everyone is thinking. Where you realize that what you're carrying, everyone else in the room is carrying too. The session is followed by an open morning mixer: coffee, good conversation, and the chance to keep connecting with the founders you just met in the room. No hot seats. No pitches. Just an honest, facilitated conversation that goes where most founder conversations don't. Space is intentionally limited to 15 founders.
