Community yoga returns to Merlin's Place!
A 60-min flow-and-restore yoga class with meditation, breath work, movement and relaxation. Stretch it out and go DEEP with our immersive audio and reactive ceiling lights. Welcoming all levels from novice to guru!
Yoga mat is optional on our padded floor :)
Stick around for some heart-centered lounging... I'll serve you herbal tea 🍵
$10-$20 sliding scale.
If you're job secure please pay on the higher end of the scale to keep the class affordable to all community members.
