OPENLEV IS HAPPENING EVERY MONDAY! www.open-lev.org/join
First time at Openlev? Use the coupon code FREELEV for a free trial day (from $49). Monthly and bi-monthly membership now available!
Mark your calendars for Monday, March 3rd, and head to the Sound Mind Center for a day of intentional coworking with Openlev. We have a very special guest facilitator, Hannah Cohen!
At 4 pm, she’ll lead us through a breath and sound meditation inspired by the Hebrew month of Adar. Adar is a time of joy, transformation, and stepping boldly into the unknown. This 1-hour breathwork and sound meditation is designed for courageous leaders. We will release tension, clear mental fog, and invite in playfulness, intuition, and resilience into our lives.
At Openlev, we blend productivity with purpose—fostering deep work and meaningful connection. Throughout the day, you’ll find opportunities for meditation, movement, and cozy community vibes—all while checking off your to-do list.
Schedule Highlights (everything is optional):
🕘 9:00 AM: Doors open
🧘🏼 9:30–10:00 AM: Kabbalah meditation
