Join me for a 30-day Biblical Wellness Challenge designed for women in all stages of motherhood. We’ll focus on things such as; biblical foods, daily prayer + scripture and quick, realistic workouts. No pressure. No perfection. Just showing up and hold one another accountable! Mamas, keep in mind this is not a strict meal plan, or training program but simple steps to help us all feel more nourished and create space for God daily. Each day we will be provided with the following; 1. Scripture + Prayer (10 min)
2. Biblical Food Focus (throughout the day)
3. Movement (20–30 min, flexible) You will need to comment “done” when you finish with the tasks provided above. You’ll have until 11:59pm each night. Go with GRACE! 🤍
