Curated, eclectic menu, water, teas, and flavored (non-alcoholic) beverages will be provided based on RSVP (first come, first served - come earlier for freshness). Feel free to bring your own food if you have dietary restrictions or if you are coming late.
Parking: FREE at parking lot or street parking (allow time to park and walk to our event area. We will send you the event map by Thursday, July 17th.
Event Policy: No drugs or alcohol allowed (park regulation). No smoking around event area. We discourage religious or partisan politics discussion as these view points as personal choices, and this is the space for creative expressions & wellness. Kids (under 12 years old) are welcomed and can come for free with parent's supervision, just note how many people in your group during RSVP. Kids can eat for free (up to 2 kids) for each paid adult ticket of $25. We request mindfulness for everyone's pleasant experience. No refunds will be provided. The goods & services presented can be pre-ordered or purchased right after the event.
Ticket Prices:
General Admission Ticket: $10 per wrist band
General Admission Ticket + Food/ Drinks (Curated Menu): $25 per wrist band
Raffle Ticket (Venmo to @Erna-Blooms by July 18th): one for $3 or two for $5 (we will choose up to 3 winners) to win an assortment of giftable products from our presenters.
To Book Your Spot: RSVP and Venmo (@Erna-Blooms) or Pay via Credit Card links above by Thursday, July 17th to allow menu and activity preparation. Upon booking, you will receive the confirmation and exact location within 24 hours. Stay connected via Partiful App for any event updates.
What To Bring (optional):
Blanket or foldable chairs for comfortable seatings, your own food and non-alcoholic drinks (if you have dietary restrictions), hat, sunblock/ sunscreen, hand sanitizer or sanitizing hand wipes for bathroom, and your beautiful spirit :).
We also welcome donations and sponsorship due by July 16th, 2025. You'll receive a shoutout during the event and on social media after the event, and our community deepest gratitude for your generous contribution.
