YOUR FACILITATOR
Annie is a certified meditation facilitator who leads affirmation, visualization, and loving-kindness practices. She has a B.S. in psychobiology and a certificate in herbalism.
GUEST CHEF
Lilla is a Los Angeles-based holistic chef. She received a Health-Supportive Culinary Arts diploma from the Institute of Culinary Education in New York and Los Angeles, and has worked for talented chefs in kitchens such as Spago, Beverly Hills and Botanica, in Silver Lake, Los Angeles.
