Cyclical Arts: Create Anything with the Menstrual Cycle

Join me for a two-hour INNERBODY / CORPS INTÉRIEUR workshop exploring menstrual cycle awareness as a tool for making music, art, and whatever you’re imagining next.
For all genders, non-genders, and especially cycling beings with menstrual cycles who want to understand the power of the cycle and learn how to create anything with it!
Details:
Making something isn’t one continuous act of doing. There’s experimenting, listening, developing, refining, sharing, and knowing when to step away. What would change if we made room for our own needs within that process?
Together, we’ll explore the inner seasons of the menstrual cycle and simple ways to begin noticing your own patterns in energy, mood, and creative needs. Through guided reflection and practical cycle-awareness tools, we’ll connect those observations to the projects you want to bring into the world.
You’ll leave with a starting point for tracking your cycle beyond dates, questions to support your creative decisions, and ideas for bringing this awareness into your studio or creative space.
This workshop welcomes women and cycling beings who make music, paint, write, design, or are finding their way back to creating. No previous cycle-tracking or music-making experience is needed.

I’m Airhaert, a sound and visual artist, music educator, and certified menstrual cycle educator. I hold a Bachelor of Fine Arts with a specialization in new media and a focus on image and sound. I also studied digital music at the Université de Montréal.
My approach draws on eight years of personal research into menstrual cycle awareness, deepened through an educator certification from Cyclical Living; recognized by the International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine (IPHM). Through INNERBODY, I bring art, sound, and cycle awareness together to explore creating with our bodies, rather than treating them as something to work around.
