AI is already entering classrooms- but most students are only learning how to use tools, not how to understand them. This experiential teachathon is designed for educators who want to integrate AI literacy into middle and high school classrooms in a practical, responsible, and curriculum-aligned way. This is not a technical session and does not focus on building AI systems or agents. Instead, participants will experience a classroom-ready activity, explore how to explain AI concepts without a technical background, and design a simple lesson they can apply directly with their students. During the session, you will: - Experience a hands-on AI literacy activity (as your students would) - Learn how to teach core AI concepts in an accessible way - Explore ethics and critical thinking frameworks - Design a ready-to-use classroom activity You’ll leave with practical resources and a lesson you can immediately implement. 👥 Designed for middle & high school educators across all subject areas 🎟️ Limited to 16 participants to ensure a hands-on experience This event is a part of #BosTechWeek—a week of events hosted by VCs and startups to bring together the tech ecosystem.
