This guided Couples Valentine Sound Journey weaves together the heart-opening medicine of ceremonial cacao with the grounding tones of Himalayan bowls and the luminous frequencies of crystal singing bowls. Couples will be gently guided through activities to connect, followed by a deeply immersive sound bath that supports relaxation, emotional attunement, and nervous system regulation.
No experience with meditation or sound healing is required - just a willingness to be present with one another.
