Ideal for those who are absolutely-new-to-dance or just want to try a different physical hobby in a casual, judgement-free space while meeting new friends ✨ 📣 EVENT FORMAT 1) Check in + mingle 2) Intro circle + warm up 3) Guided stretches + isolations 4) Learn an easy choreographed dance (~6 unique 8-counts) 5) [optional] Practice in small groups (with guidance) + freestyle 🔥 BRING WATER + YOUR AMAZING ENERGY!!
