DIY Vehicle Maintenance Basics + Hands-On Brake Change Clinic This course will cover much of what you need to know to start performing your own vehicle maintenance and repair. We will cover considerations for DIY vehicle maintenance, an overview of easily (and less easily!) repairable/replaceable components, diagnostics, required/suggested tools, safety best practices, real-life examples, and more. This portion will take place in a classroom setting. Following the DIY Vehicle Maintenance Basics course, we'll venture outside for a Hands-On Brake Change Clinic. Learn how to gauge brake and rotor wear, how to safely remove your tires, and how to replace your brake pads. You'll get a chance to use tools and work through a brake change as part of a small group. Indoor & outdoor class, masks required.
