This year's banquet theme is: "Banaag". A word that refers to the first rays of dawn. It captures the moment darkness gives way to the light. We can use it as an idea, as if ushering in a new board and group of FSA. Given all that has happened this past year, it can be a hopeful foreshadowing of what we hope to bring forward next year with a new board and new generations of FSA. This is a form to indicate that you are coming to banquet. Banquet will take place on Thursday, April 30th at 7:00 PM at TBD. We will be having dinner, giving out superlative awards, and announcing our new officer board. PLEASE FILL THIS FORM OUT IN ORDER TO CONFIRM THAT YOU ARE ELIGIBLE TO RECEIVE AN AWARD (only paid members for this year are eligible to be nominated and win). The venue will most likely be strict on capacity. Non-members may come as the guest of a member. Each member gets 1 plus one ONLY. Ticket prices are as follows: $12 for members $15 for NON-members Payments can be made in advance or at the door. Upon arrival, please show proof of purchase of your ticket. Please fill out ASAP.
