About Chapeau Palma Recognized on the global stage, Chapeau 1987 is part of The World’s 50 Best Bars Discovery platform, a curated guide highlighting top-tier bars, restaurants, and hotels around the world. This distinction places the bar among an internationally respected network of venues known for excellence in cocktail execution, hospitality, and concept-driven experiences. Founded and led by Matías Iriarte Turnes, Chapeau has built a reputation within the European bar community for its precision, creativity, and strong hospitality ethos.
