Day 5 of La Licor Fest brings together three standout bars from across the Americas: Café La Trova from Miami, Sastrería Martínez from Lima, and Carmen from Medellín.
Join us for a one-night-only takeover featuring original cocktails created and served by their teams, alongside La Licor’s Criollo Night.
That night’s food offerings will feature Ropa Vieja Criolla and a vegetarian portobello criollo plate, served with Peruvian green rice, yuca with Colombian hogao, and sweet plantains.
