Ladies Love Denver is teaming up with Guud Company founders Nikki and Lauren to kick things off with an all-levels workout to get your body moving. Afterward, enjoy some coffee, connect with new faces, and take a relaxed stroll around the park.
This event is all about community—so bring a friend (or two!) and come ready to meet, mingle, and start your day on a positive note. Whether you’re looking to network, sweat, make new friends, or just get outside, we’d love to have you there!
