Comfy layers!! - it will get chilly, & we want you to feel as cozy as possible.
Some towels/blankets will be provided, but please BYO yoga mat/blankets if you want.
Close out your week with a healing sunset sound bath.
Enjoy a rare view of the Bay, over some Magic Hour tea and some like-minded peeps🫶
I will lead you through guided meditation, including somatic visualization, ending with a unique celestial sound bath.
Immerse yourself in healing frequencies of the singing bowl, my own singing voice and various instruments, and journey with the cadence of these musical vibrations to connect more deeply with your Self and your surroundings.
• 7:15-7:30 - mingle; enjoy Magic Hour tea/refreshments and the beautiful skyline view.
• 7:30-8:00 - settle into your space on the deck to receive your sound bath, as the sun sets🌅🌆
• 800-8:30 - star/sky(line) 🌃🌉 & close out
