The next stop on the Ritmo & Reiki journey is here and we’re celebrating 3 years of Inner Pttrn!
We’ll begin with a high-energy dance fitness session inspired by tropical rhythms and joyful movement, then transition into a grounding Reiki meditation to reset and recharge.
