We’ll begin with a high-energy dance fitness session inspired by tropical rhythms and joyful movement, then transition into a grounding Reiki meditation to reset and recharge. 📍 Pearl Studios 🗓 Saturday, April 18 ⏰ 12-2 PM Wear comfortable clothes and bring water.
