I voluntarily choose to participate in this activity and I assume all said risks. •	This is an informal event, and there will be no supervision or safety oversight. •	I affirm that I am in good physical condition and medically able to participate in this event. •	I will not participate in a dangerous or reckless manner which could endanger or cause injury to myself or others. •	I will not participate while under the influence of drugs or alcohol. •	I will provide my own surf equipment, which will be appropriate for the conditions and in good repair. •	I authorize the sponsor of this event to obtain emergency medical care for me if necessary and I agree to be responsible for any associated costs. •	I may be held personally responsible for property damage or injuries to others caused by me while participating in this event. •	I will indemnify and hold harmless the sponsor for any claims for property damage or injuries to others arising out of my participation in this event.
