Fundraiser Info: PHASE ONE of the Hot Meal Grant Program (w/ the Global Shapers DC Hub) will be a community fridge and dry foods pantry placed in the Nyame Kua Farm Collective’s garden. Goal: $1,500
Community fridges are volunteer-run, public, accessible refrigeraton that combat food waste and insecurity by offering free, fresh food to anyone.
The DHS is also building a $300 million HQ for ICE right in my childhood neighborhood in DC. Please sign petition linked as well in partnership with DC Liberation Center
