Spend a fall evening getting creative in the park! In this beginner-friendly pottery workshop, you’ll hand-build and decorate your own wall decoration or picture frame! The workshop will be led by Erin (@eecpottery), a ceramic artist and instructor in Brooklyn with several years of teaching experience. Materials will be provided throughout the workshop, including tools, decorative underglazes, and clay. The price of the ticket includes the cost of provided materials and tools, instruction, two firing cycles for the piece (bisque and glaze), and the labor and material/electric cost in firing and glazing the pieces by the instructor after they are made by your lovely hands! There are three ticket options to choose from: Level 1: Covers the cost of firing 1 finished piece. Level 2: Covers the cost of firing 2 finished pieces. Level 3: Covers the cost of firing 3 finished pieces.* *pieces have a size limit; more clay for a single piece can be purchased Space is limited! The workshop will take roughly two hours, including time for a demonstration by the instructor for various techniques, and individual work time. Message me on here with any questions!
