Big Sur coastal mountaintop renegade to celebrate life, this magical coast we live on, and the fall equinox🌈🌞with live music from Flat Sun Society and Floratura!✨ When: Main event Saturday evening. Campout Friday/Saturday night. Where: Prewitt Ridge Campground - precisely at 35°58'16"N 121°27'10"W Music: Flat Sun Society on Saturday 6-8pm and Floratura 830-10pm with communal jams afterwards✨ The drive (Please carpool!): Arrive anytime starting Friday afternoon, people can arrive Saturday if they need to! It’s just under a 3 hour drive from Santa Cruz. Avoid coming with a low clearance car, 4WD recommended but not required; please carpool. Road switches from pavement to dirt at the hoist of Nacimiento-Fergusson Rd once you start taking South Coast Ridge Rd to Prewitt ridge campground This spot is dispersed camping. Bring your camping gear, food, water (no water at the site), things for shade and cooling, trash bags (pack out your trash), small shovel & TP for #2 (no toilets), sanitizer, cooking stuff, vibess etc.. It’ll be toasty in the day and comfy at night. Elevation sits 3200ft over the ocean and has an epic view of the tallest peak on the Big Sur coast, Cone Peak, at 5200ft..a mile😮 there will be ocean dipping adventures as an option on Saturday day. It will be the day before the new moon so stars will be 👌 This event is open invite, invite people you trust, let’s share our love for the magic coast with each other❤️
